Who is behind Integrated Physio? Claudia Ferreira has practiced for several years in London's most reputable clinics including: Central London Osteopathy and Sports Injury Clinic (Old Street), Harley Street Osteopaths (Harley Street) and Natureworks (Bond Street). "I was born in Brazil and raised for most of my teenage years in America. My upbringing led me to travel extensively, living and working in several different countries. This has given me valuable insight and understanding of different cultures and helped me to come in contact with a variety of therapeutic skills. My desire to work as a therapist came from 12 years of competitive swimming at international level. My body constantly had to be 'fixed' and from a young age health and fitness became a conscious and important part of my everyday life. It was whilst living in London I decided to hone my knowledge and gain professional qualifications. My qualifications include a Diploma in Sports Therapy and a BAsc(Hons) degree in Acupuncture. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council - the regulating body for acupuncture in the UK. Today, I am a professional Sports Therapist and Acupuncturist combining both practices into one session achieving excellent results!" |
